There's one thing everyone agrees on: the Legal Services Act is going to make a seismic difference to the industry when it comes into force later this year. With law firms for the first time having the chance to seek external funding and reorganise their corporate structure, there are sure to be some major changes in the landscape.
But beyond that, opinions diverge. After all, this is uncharted territory, and every firm is different: there is by no means one obvious path to be taken.
