Deal Card: Zeus Private Equity
BDO recently provided both financial due diligence and buy side advisory services to Zeus Private Equity on its acquisition of Ketech 2As via its portfolio company, Electra-net. This follows on from financial due diligence undertaken for Zeus on the MBO of Electra-net and on its subsequent acquisition of Tubedale Limited. 2As specialises in providing fully integrated buildings management systems and controls, offering a full range of control services. Electra-net specialises in providing outsourced installation and maintenance services. Its primary focus is on IT hardware, network and cabling for public sector organisations including the Ministry of Defence, HM Prison Services and the NHS.
