Our Midlands Lead Advisory Team provided advice to UKDN in respect of their successful multi million pound fund raise with Lyceum Capital Partners LLP. UKDN is the market leader in the management of insurance based drainage claims, managing over 20,000 domestic and commercial drainage failures for a client base of major UK insurers. The investment in the business by Lyceum, a specialist buy and build private equity partner, supports the ongoing strategy of UKDN in developing its service proposition with key insurer clients as well as providing committed funding to support acquisition opportunities in both insurance and wider commercial sectors.
