Deal Card: Thomson Reuters
The BDO Birmingham team recently provided transaction services to Thomson Reuters PLC for their acquisition of the Abacus Software Business ("Abacus") from Deloitte LLP. The tax and accounting business of Thomson Reuters completed the acquisition of the Abacus suite of products, which provides web-based software to more than 400 multi-national corporations, to assist them and their advisors to plan, comply, and submit taxation and VAT returns. The product range also includes Workflow, Identity and P11D products.
