Deal Card: Tasman Oil Tools
The Birmingham Transaction Services team has provided pre-acquisition due diligence services to Northbridge Industrial Services Plc ("Northbridge") and Lloyds TSB Bank plc in connections with Northbridge's acquisition of Tasman Oil Tools PTY Ltd ("Tasman"). Tasman, based in Perth, Western Australia, specialises in the rental of drilling, pump and ancillary equipment to the oil industry across Australia. The acquisition will enable Northbridge to increase the range of services offered to its oil and gas customers as well as increasing the geographical reach of the enlarged group.
