Deal Card: System-Hargraves merger
The BDO Corporate Finance team has advised on the merger of System Training and Hargreaves Training Services, creating the largest logistics training provider in the UK. The combined business will operate from a national footprint of 20 training centres providing skills training to employees in the logistics industry. It will also deliver apprenticeships in logistics, motor vehicles and accountancy to thousands of young people across the UK. The merger enhances the business proposition and creates a significant partner for business and government. Turnover is predicted to double over the next three years.
