Deal Card: RO Leaders Ltd
The BDO London Lead Advisory team are pleased to announce the successful sale of RO Leaders to Bowmark Capital. RO Leaders is the largest independent specialist residential lettings agent in the UK, with over 40 branches across the South. The deal, worth £48m, provided a successful exit for RO Group and includes £12m of further equity and debt funding to assist with the company's strategy to continue to consolidate the residential lettings agency market.
