Deal Card: Primary Capital
The BDO Birmingham TS team recently provided transaction services on the £35m MBO of the AMTECH Group. The team were initially appointed by the shareholders, (including HSBC Private Equity), to carry out the Vendor Due Diligence for the transaction and were then appointed by Primary Capital to carry out the Top-Up diligence work prior to completion. Lloyds TSB Acquisition Finance, provided a £15 million senior debt package to support the buy-out and the company?s ongoing growth strategy.
