BDO Birmingham Lead Advisory led the sale of Oxford Cryosystems Limited (out of Bionostics Limited) by J O Hambro Capital Management to Management backed by Catapult Venture Managers Limited. Oxford Cryosystems is engaged in the design, manufacture, marketing and sale of low temperature devices for use in X-ray crystallography and other markets; and the design and sale of software and software components for use in X-ray crystallography.
