Deal Card: New Britain Palm Oil
New Britain Palm Oil, listed on the LSE with a market capitalisation in excess of £750m, is a socially responsible palm oil producer in Papua New Guinea. The acquisition of CTP now means the Group has over 60,000 hectares of palm plantations. BDO conducted financial due diligence on CTP and acted as reporting accountant in relation to the class 1 circular.
