Deal Card: Matterhorn Palos
The BDO property team recently acted as advisers to the Matterhorn Palos Partnership on the £125.9m disposal of the O2 Leisure and Retail centre in Swiss Cottage. The BDO team provided comprehensive taxation and corporate finance advice on the disposal of this asset, having been extensively involved with the initial structuring of the acquisition. This is a the first disposal for the Matterhorn Palos Partnership, who continue to seek prominent property assets in major cities throughout the Unitied Kingdom and Europe.
