Deal Card: London & Stamford Property Plc
BDO recently acted as reporting accountant for London & Stamford Property plc, the listed property investment company, on its transfer from AIM to the Official List of the London Stock Exchange. As part of the transaction the company acquired its external property manager and converted to a UK-REIT.
