Deal Card: Jay Fostering
BDO Southampton has provided due diligence to NFA Partnerships ("NFAP") on its acquisition of Leicester based Independent Fostering Agency ("IFA"), Jay Fostering Limited ("Jay"). Jay is one of the largest IFAs in the Midlands and has an 'outstanding' Ofsted rating. NFAP is an associate company of the National Fostering Agency ("NFA"), a business backed by Sovereign Capital and the second largest fostering agency in the United Kingdom. The acquisition will enable Jay to benefit from NFA's national scale and operational back office, allowing it greater freedom to focus on the core task of providing high quality care for children and young people.
