Deal Card: ISIS Equity Partners
The BDO Birmingham Transaction Services team recently provided due diligence services to ISIS Equity Partners ("ISIS") on their investment into Surgi C Limited. Surgi C has established itself as the UK's leading independent distributor of spinal products. Based in Birmingham, the business was originally incorporated in 2007, following the acquisition of the distribution business of Surgicraft, by the current Managing Director, Peter Dines. Since then the business has grown strongly, on the back of a growing product portfolio and high levels of education and support offered to spinal surgeons through a well trained national sales force.
