Deal Card: Host Europe Corporation
Montagu Private Equity LLP, the UK based private equity firm has backed management of Host Europe Corporation Limited, the UK based provider of internet and web based hosting services, in the acquisition of the company from Oakley Capital Private Equity LLP, the UK based private equity firm, for a consideration of £222m.
