The BDO Birmingham TS team recently provided acquisition due diligence services to Helvetia Wealth AG on the acquisition of two UK businesses. Helvetia Wealth AG is a leading Swiss and Liechtenstein-based asset management firm, offering independent wealth management services to global private investors. The transaction involved the acquisition of Glasgow-based City Gate Money Managers Limited and a majority stake in London-based TAM Asset Management Limited, for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition has enabled Helvetia Wealth AG to expand their portfolio of products and assets under management into the UK market.
