The BDO Birmingham Corporate Finance team led the acquisition of FDSA Fire Protection Limited by AIM Listed Green Compliance plc. Green Compliance plc made the acquisition in line with its strategy of focusing activities towards blue collar compliance in the water hygiene, pest control and prevention and fire protection compliance markets. Acting for Green Compliance plc, BDO provided lead advisory and due diligence services.
