Deal Card: Grandtop International

BDO's UK and Hong Kong corporate finance teams recently acted as financial adviser on Grandtop's £82m takeover of Birmingham City PLC and its subsequent delisting from AIM. Grandtop is listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the acquisition has sparked a wave of interest in the club across the People's Republic of China.
