Deal Card: Foresight
Our Midlands Corporate Finance team acted as sponsor and financial adviser to Foresight VCT plc and Foresight 2 VCT plc on a £20m linked offer for subscription of a new share class called Planned Exit Shares. The issue was achieved in a very tight timescale in order to make full use of the tax breaks available to VCT's before the current tax year end. This engagement followed on from recently acting on a previous £20m linked offer by two other Foresight VCT's . All four VCT's are managed by Foresight Group LLP.
