Deal Card: Foresight Solar VCT
Our Corporate Finance team acted as sponsor to the launch of Foresight Solar VCT plc on the main market of the London Stock Exchange and an up to £40m offer for subscription. Foresight Solar VCT is a new venture capital trust fund aimed at investing in qualifying solar power systems that benefit from the government regulated Feed-in Tariffs which guarantee 25 year inflation-linked prices for electricity generated. This engagement followed on from recently BDO acting on previous offers by four other Foresight managed VCT's.
