BDO's London Transaction Services team provided financial and tax due diligence services on the transaction. AIM listed Ebiquity Plc is a leading media and marketing analytics business and acquired Xtreme Information Services Limited, a leader in international advertising monitoring, for £17.9m. Re-financing with a new £12m facility from Bank of Ireland was undertaken concurrently with the transaction.
