Deal Card: DAS
BDO's Transaction Services team provided due diligence services in connection with four transactions that DAS completed in Europe during the second half of 2010. Our work on these transactions was coordinated by a team in London and supported by our international network (with involvement from our Russian, Dutch and German colleagues). This approach enables us to: - Provide a client centric product which is adapted to each transaction's unique dynamic and supports the underlying investment rationale. - Bring local knowledge to bear on transactions in diverse jurisdictions.
