The BDO Corporate Finance team initiated and led the complex sale of a significant minority stake in CPA Global to Intermediate Capital Group PLC alongside the company's senior management and the founding shareholders who have retained a minority holding in the business. Founded in Jersey in 1969, CPA Global is the market leader in the global intellectual property services sector and one of the world's leading providers of legal services outsourcing. Acting for CPA Global, BDO ran the sales process which focused on securing liquidity and reinvestment for CPA Global's 300 shareholders, as well as providing the management team with the ability to reinvest in the business.
