Deal Card: Countrystyle Group
The Leeds Transaction Services team has recently carried out due diligence services for Countrystyle Recycling Group in respect of their acquisition of Essex based TJ Composting Limited. Countrystyle is engaged in recycling inert and organic waste materials to produce reusable end products. Current services include integrated waste management solutions, composting, skip hire, recycling and reprocessing.
