Deal Card: Blue Square Data
The BDO Corporate Finance team has recently advised on the £7m sale of BlueSquare Data Group's Hosting Division to Namesco Limited, the UK subsidiary of the Italian web community and services group Dada SpA. BlueSquare Data Group is a leading independent co-location provider. Its Hosting Division, founded in 2001, offers professional management solutions for online presence to businesses and provides over 10,000 dedicated and virtual servers to customers across the world.
