Deal Card: Avanta Enterprise Ltd
The BDO Birmingham TS team recently provided transaction services to Avanta Enterprise Limited (Avanta), a leading provider of employment, vocational training and business start up services in the UK, for their recent fundraise process. BDO were engaged by Avanta to prepare a "vendor due diligence" style report, which was presented to a variety of potential debt providers. The Royal Bank of Scotland finally secured the arrangement by providing a £10million senior debt funding package to Avanta.
