Deal Card: Argent Group Europe
The BDO London Corporate Finance team recently provided transaction services to Argent Group Europe Limited, a business specialising in the procurement of fruit and meat on behalf of retail and wholesale customers in the UK. BDO were engaged to prepare a "VDD style" report, which was presented to a number of debt providers. The Lloyds banking Group secured the arrangement and provided a £10m senior debt package to Argent Group Europe Limited.
