Deal Card: Alpha Flight Group
We provided financial and tax due diligence together with tax structuring advice to Dnata on its acquisition of Alpha Flight Group Limited ("Alpha") for £100m from the Italian listed Autogrill S.p.A. Alpha, operating in 11 countries, provides in-flight catering services to some of the world's most renouned airlines and also operates a number of airport food and beverage concessions.
