Deal Card: AeroThermal Group
BDO's South Corporate Finance team recently acted as lead adviser to the management team of AeroThermal Group Plc in raising an undisclosed sum of development capital to support the growth of its green waste to energy business. The investment was led by Bridges Ventures and supported by The Carbon Trust. AeroThermal Group Plc is a Dorset based specialist engineering business which has developed an innovative turnkey solution to process food and household waste through the use of autoclave technology. The cash injection will enable the company to construct a full scale commercial system which they hope to roll out on a large scale.
